1. Equipment Overview and Necessity of Bonding
The main power supply of Semi Auto Rewinder is 380V 50HZ three-phase power supply with a power of 3KW. It is equipped with MITSUBISHI brand PLC and inverter to ensure the efficient operation of the equipment. Although the equipment can cut and wind automatically, manual bonding can enhance the adhesion and stability of the coil under certain specific materials or production requirements, especially at the beginning and end of winding.
2. Preparation for manual bonding
Before manual bonding, the following preparations need to be made:
Material preparation: Make sure that the adhesive used is compatible with the winding material. Common adhesives include water-based adhesives, hot melt adhesives, etc.
Equipment debugging: Before manual bonding, first make sure that the settings of Semi Auto Rewinder are normal, including winding width (100-500mm), thickness (0.009-0.03mm), etc.
Cleaning: Clean the winding core and bonding surface to ensure there is no dust or oil, which will improve the bonding effect.
3. Specific steps for manual bonding
3.1 Select the appropriate adhesive
Select the appropriate adhesive according to the characteristics of the coil. If water-based glue is used, it is necessary to ensure that it does not affect the performance of other materials during the operation of the equipment.
3.2 Fix the paper core
During the winding process, manual bonding is usually performed on the paper core. Make sure to select a paper core with a suitable inner diameter (such as 23.5mm, 30mm or 38mm) and fix it correctly in the winding position.
3.3 Gluing process
Uniform glue application: Use a glue brush or spray device to evenly apply the adhesive on the surface of the paper core. It is recommended that the coating thickness be kept in a moderate range to avoid running caused by excessive glue.
Adjust the coil: After applying the glue, gently press the material to be wound onto the paper core to ensure good contact between the material and the paper core.
3.4 Monitor the bonding effect
Check the bonding status: After applying the glue, observe the bonding effect of the winding material and the paper core to ensure that there is no detachment or wrinkling. If there is a problem, it needs to be adjusted in time.
Test strength: A simple tensile test can be performed after winding is completed to ensure that the strength of the bond meets the requirements.
4. Processing after winding
After winding is completed, the overall quality of the coil should be checked in time, especially the bonding effect at the joints. In addition, regular equipment maintenance is performed to ensure that there is no adhesive residue in the manual bonding area and related parts to avoid problems in the subsequent production process.
